💲 Deposit Required
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Once Natasha confirms availability, she will send you deposit payment details via WhatsApp. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is received.

A deposit is required to confirm most appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.
Late Arrival
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. The deposit may not be refunded if there is insufficient time to complete the service.
No-Show
Clients who do not attend without notice will lose their deposit. A new deposit is required for any future booking.
Pricing
Prices shown are starting prices. Final pricing varies based on hair length, density, condition, product use, and the desired result. Advanced services require a consultation before pricing is confirmed.
Hair Color
Please share your full hair history before your color appointment — previous color, relaxers, treatments, or at-home products. Withholding history may result in unexpected outcomes.
Extensions
Micro link extensions require a consultation before installation. Clients are responsible for maintenance within the recommended schedule. Hair is not included in the install price unless stated at consultation.
